Mike Safai roasts all coffee in-house in the roaster in our Wild Hops Lounge. He also goes to every location where we select our coffee beans and chooses the 10’X10′ specific lots from the trees he wants our beans from. Each coffee farm only produces 5-10, 5lb bags so each time you get a pourover from us, it could be from a different farm. He knows the farmers and their specific beans by heart.

When ordering from us, whole milk is our base for all drinks. Please specify if a beverage is to be hot or cold. Each drink has the option for alternative milks, flavors, temperature, and size.
